Preliminary Discussions

This is a verbal service only and plans or drawings are not provided at this stage.

A meeting at your house or land to discuss your requirements and evaluate the aspects

of your property - FREE of charge.

 

Initial Concept Report   

This service is a Feasibility Analysis which will provide you with design ideas and building

cost advice for renovations, alterations, additions, improvements and new homes, the fees

charged will be in relation to the size of the project.

 

Sketch plan stage

Once feasibility has been established a number of options will have to be explored with the

client to find the preferred design. This design is then further refined and explained with

plans, sections and elevations.
